Student Pick-Up Form

The safety of our students is our highest priority. One of the most important ways we protect children is by carefully monitoring who is permitted to pick them up from school.

School Policy:
For the safety of our students, children will only be released to parents/guardians or individuals listed on this form. Photo ID will be required when necessary.

If someone not listed below needs to pick up your child, you must email reception@norfon.org before 2:30 pm with written authorization. That individual will be required to show ID at pick-up.


If there is any confusion, school staff will call to verify authorization before releasing your child.
