Extended Day Programs

This extended-day option allows children to start their day at 7:00 a.m. or 7:15 a.m. Held on the Fontbonne Campus, children are transported via school shuttle from Fontbonne to the Norwood Campus for the start of the academic day.

Our after care program runs from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m., or 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Held on the Fontbonne Campus, children are transported via school shuttle from the Norwood Campus to Fontbonne at the end of the academic day. Does not operate on days when there is a noon dismissal.

As a service to our parents, Norwood-Fontbonne Academy offers “As Needed” and “Drop In” components to our regularly scheduled Before Care and After Care programs. To begin, please click here to register your child/ren.

Per diem pricing listed above. There is a discount for students pre-registered for “As Needed” versus “Drop In” care.

“AS NEEDED” CARE – For families who are certain that they will need coverage from time to time, parents complete a registration form and submit a non-refundable/non-transferable fee of $10 per child for “As Needed” Before Care and $20 per child for “As Needed” After Care at the link above. Parents or guardians call to schedule care when needed. A 24 hours’ notice is required. Acceptance is based on space permitting. Billing is done on a monthly basis by Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS), and all payments are made directly to TADS. A $10 cancellation payment is assessed in the event that “As Needed” care is scheduled and then cancelled in less than 24 hours.

“DROP IN” CARE – A service for unplanned, but necessary, emergency coverage, parents or guardians call to schedule care when needed. A 24 hours’ notice is appreciated. Billing is done on a monthly basis by Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS), and all payments are made directly to TADS. A $10 cancellation payment is assessed in the event that “Drop In” care is scheduled and then cancelled in less than 24 hours.
