Middle School Tours

IN GRADES 6 THROUGH 8, students learn and explore in ways that prepare them to excel in the region’s top high schools. By nurturing their emerging sense of self, we position them to enter the wider world aware of their own worth and their power as a positive force for good. The Middle School program focuses on the formation of young adolescents as they prepare for high school. Our students continue to grow in independence, passion, and confidence within cooperative and increasingly demanding academic settings. As the oldest students on campus, they’re inspired to be positive leaders within the school community. In turn, they become leaders in their home communities, too

It's our hope to see every current NFA student continue on the NFA path to be properly set up for a successful and thriving high school and college education, and to lead a life rooted in NFA's Student Vision Statement. The Norwood-Fontbonne Student is one who… Enjoys Learning Treasures Self, Others, and the Earth, Lives Gospel Values Makes Reflective choices as a self-directed person. The foundation of a complete NFA education is invaluable. NFA graduates are highly sought after freshman candidates and going on to become leaders at elite private high schools in the Philadelphia area. "For many years, NFA alums have made a significant mark on the GA community, contributing as well-rounded, talented, community-focused students." - Rich Schellhas, Head of School at Germantown Academy An NFA education is truly a springboard for success, as shown by the members of the Class of 2024, who, to date, have earned nearly $700,000 in scholarships and awards and are being accepted to a host of area high schools at an impressive rate. If your family plans for 2024-2025 have changed, then we ask that you please inform Principal Kathryn Henry (khenry@norfon.org) in writing.
