Transportation Consent

Bus/Shuttle Transportation – I give permission for my child to ride the school-operated shuttle or school bus to and from designated campuses or off-campus school activities, as part of the school day, before and/or after care program.

Walking Between Campuses – I give permission for my child to walk between school campuses under school supervision, as needed, during the school day, to aftercare (SJAH students only) or for school-sponsored activities.

Consent to receive SMS text messages from NFA

Yes, I consent to receive occasional text messages from Norwood-Fontbonne Academy regarding events, campus updates, and giving opportunities.
