Committees
Campus Planning Committee
The Committee on Campus Planning shall oversee maintenance budgets and shall develop and recommend a preventative maintenance program and other capital budgets in collaboration with the Finance Committee and the Board.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee shall prepare the agenda for each regular meeting and have and exercise the authority of the Board during the intervals between meetings of the Board.
Development Committee
The Development Committee supports advancement activities and fundraising projects. In addition, they advise on long-range plans and policies which may be recommended to the Board for approval.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee Committee shall be responsible for proposing financial policy to the Board and for recommending such examination of the books and accounts of Norwood-Fontbonne Academy, as it may deem appropriate.
Marketing & Enrollment
Committee
The Enrollment and Marketing Committee shall assist in developing and implementing proactive marketing programs, policies, procedures in support of enrollment, retention and attraction of students who would benefit from the mission of Norwood-Fontbonne Academy.
Membership Committee
The Membership Committee shall recommend candidates for membership to the Board. Recommendations for appointment to the Board may be made to either fill vacancies or to enlarge the Board.
