Bobbi Kelly '96 Honored by Philadelphia Business Journal

Norwood-Fontbonne Academy alumna Bobbi Kelly '96 was chosen as a 2022 "40 Under 40" honoree by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Philadelphia Business Journal annually recognizes 40 remarkable individuals who are making their mark on the region. The honorees comprise a range of professionals who represent the vast talent pool in Greater Philadelphia. Honorees were selected from a highly competitive pool of 340 nominations and selections were based on evaluation of their career growth, reputation, and contributions to the region.

Bobbi Kelly is Director-in-Charge of Kreischer Miller’s Talent Advisory practice, which helps companies align their business strategy with their people strategy. Kreischer Miller is a leading independent accounting, tax, and business advisory firm serving the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas.

Utilizing a proprietary framework, Kelly works with client organizations to equip their business leaders with the tools and data they need to hire and retain top performers and create high performing teams. The result is an intentionally-designed people plan that increases productivity, builds a winning culture, and creates the flexibility a company needs to adapt to change over time. Prior to launching the Talent Advisory practice, Kelly played a key role in Kreischer Miller’s talent strategy, implementing a talent optimization framework for the firm’s leadership and team members.

Prior to joining Kreischer Miller in 2014, Kelly was Human Resources Director at a mid-sized public accounting firm in Philadelphia. She received a B.S. in Communications from the University of Scranton and holds SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) and PHR (Certified Professional in Human Resources) certifications.
