NFA seeks applicants for potential Early Childhood(ages 2 ½ - 6) and Elementary Level (ages 6 - 9) Montessori Teaching Positions for the 2024-2025 school year. The Montessori Teacher must be passionate, skillful, and eager to invest his/her talents in our Montessori Program. They must establish a supportive and engaging environment for students, work collaboratively with colleagues and parents, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and prepare for the Montessori program
- Identify student needs in cooperation with the academic team
- Enforce school rules and regulations
- Maintain communication with parents, administrators, and other staff members to best serve the interests of students
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment aligned with the Montessori philosophy and method
- Perform other duties within the scope of employment and certification as assigned by the principal.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or Master Degree
- Montessori Teaching Credentials in Early Childhood (ages 2 ½ - 6) and/or Elementary I (ages 6 - 9)
